Frequently Asked Questions

What is Trello and why do you use it?
Trello is a collaboration tool to keep all of our interactions and ideas in one place. This makes it easy for the both of us to be able to see where we are the process and which things we still need to sort. Click here to learn more about my processes and how I use Trello.

What if I don't have Trello?
Trello is free and is accessible via an internet platform or an app (iPhone and Android). Click here to learn more about the different platforms available.

How shall we send our guest list to you?
Guest lists should be prepared as a Microsoft Word document written out exactly as you would like the envelopes written out (please consider justification and spacing). This can then be uploaded to the appropriate card in your Trello board.

How do you handle list additions, changes, and errors?
Additions to your list are easily accommodated before the job is completed and packaged for return. Additions will be charged accordingly with no additional service fees.

Even with careful review, errors can happen. I am happy to correct any errors on my part free of charge. Errors due to problems with the list or late changes will be charged the standard addressing rate.

How much time will my calligraphy project take?
Wedding invitations are typically posted 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding. Most couples also send out Save the Date cards 6 to 8 months in advance.

If you would like to incorporate calligraphy into your stationery suite, please ensure you reserve time for your calligraphy project. 100 envelopes take approximately 7-10 days, depending on my schedule, not including postage time. 100 place cards take 4-5 days. To ensure availability, please book in advance.

Do you take rush orders?
Depending on current workload, rush orders may be accommodated. Please don't hesitate to ask.  A rush order service fee will apply.
