Use the contact form to get in touch and outline your ideas. If necessary, we may arrange a consultation call to discuss your stationery in more detail.
Your Personalised Proposal
Based on our conversation, we’ll pull together a personalised proposal outlining everything we can create, along with the costs involved. When you’re ready to move forward, simply sign the accompanying contract and pay an initial 50% deposit via bank transfer or debit/credit card.
Design and Refine
Once your contract has been signed and the deposit paid, we’ll begin working on your designs. It can take up to two weeks for initial proofs, followed by up to two rounds of revisions if necessary.
As soon as your designs have been finalised, we’ll issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, your files will be sent to print. If your stationery requires calligraphy after production (i.e. invitation personalisation or envelope addressing), we’ll complete this element once your order has been returned by the printing house.
When your stationery is ready, we’ll double-check everything by hand, package it beautifully, and arrange delivery.
